1. Operating hours: Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We do not operate on weekends and holidays in Japan.
2. Change and cancel reservation: Please let us know at least 11 days in advance of reservation change or cancellation, otherwise there may be a cancellation fee.
   Cancellation charge is as follows.
   •8-10 days: 30%
   •The day before~7 days: 50%
   •Same day: 100%
   *Cancellation regulations may vary depending on peak/offseason.
3. Clarify your inquiry: Before you contact me, please organize your inquiry in detail. For example, I can give you a faster and more accurate answer if you include a detailed explanation of your inquiry
